Emirates Hills is a residential development project in Dubai. It is located in Montgomerie Golf Club, near Sheikh Zayed Road. The development was completed in 2011. An atrium connects the towers with shops and restaurants.
Emirates Hills is located along the Al Khamila road and has easy access to Al Khail Road, connecting the area to Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina. The project consists of towers with 27 floors each and a total area of 50,000 square meters. The project has been developed by the Emirate of Dubai Land Department (DLD).
It consists of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 261 square feet to 599 square feet. Each apartment features an open plan kitchen with an electric hob & oven, granite countertops, and wooden cabinets with decorative handles. A balcony is included in every unit which overlooks the pool area or landscaped gardens below it.
For residentials or tourists, it’s better to either purchase or lease a car for convenience. However, if you can’t opt for a personal car, consider renting a car in a good offer for a better experience and saving the cost of purchasing or leasing a car.
